People who like to get rid of their stress, take quickly refuge to a massage therapist. Waste of money say some scientists. They are breathing exercises you can do at home for free, just as effective.During the study a group of 68 patients had to test three different therapies during ten sessions: massage, heat therapy and breathing exercises. After each treatment the subjects had to indicate how well the therapy had helped them reduce stress. "All groups said immediately after the sessions that their stress levels had decreased by 40% after 12 weeks it even dropped to 50%!", the investigators told us.
