Childres Eat Too Much Fruit
Parents don't seem to succeed in putting together a healthy and balanced diet for their children. A new British study shows that many fathers and mothers give their children too much fruit and too little carbohydrates.
Carb count too low
Children get a lot of snacks in the shape of a piece of fruit to take to school. However, scientists warn that this does not produce enough energy to the children. "The carb count is too low so that the energy level of children drops quickly."
Too much salt
Moreover, many parents prepare in the evening processed meat in the form of a hamburger or a sausage and meals are embellished with a sauce from a packet. This gives again gives the kids too much salt. "One unhealthy day isn't a disaster immediately, but you need to think carefully about the eating habits of your children. Choose snacks that go well together with a glass of milk. Then they also strengthen the bones, the researchers advised.
