The Brazilians seem obsessed with plastic surgery.
 
In 2009 every day more than 1,700 people went under the knife in the South American country. Throughout the year 640,000 of the 190 million Brazilians had a (corrective) plastic surgery procedure.

Predominantly women (82 percent) opt for a plastic surgery. Breast Enlargements span the crown, followed by liposuction. The Brazilian men concentrate especially on the eyelids and nose.
