Let's first get rid of the myths about bread. First, bread wont't make you fat. It contains lots of essential nutrients such as iron, vitamin B and zinc. These are nutrients that give you energy and help you improve your concentration. There is now no longer any reason to leave a sandwich aside if you feel like eating one.

Moreover, white bread has a bad reputation. It is not true that it would be unhealthy. Although white bread contains fewer nutrients than other breads, but that can easily be offset by eating more pasta, fruit or vegetables.

The possibilities with bread are endless. There are many delicious recipes with bread in it and there are a lot of breads. Just think of sugar-loaf, nut bread, baguettes and ciabatta.

Bread Diet

Bread and diets go hand in hand. If you want to lose weight you do not need to eat less bread. A multi-cereal bread contains the most calories with only 93 calories per slice, followed by wholemeal bread, brown and finally white bread.

There is also something like the change bread diet, a quick way to lose a few pounds. One day you can only eat wholemeal bread combined with low-calorie drinks. The other days you may eat normally.

Would you still rather not eat too much, from May on you can buy 'Weight Watchers Bread'. Since this bread has a fiber-rich composition, it quickly gives a satiating effect.
