Chinese researchers claim: the better you sleep, the healthier you are.


If you suffer from health problems you have up to 46% less chance of a good night's sleep. But conversely, when you've slept badly, you can difficultly concentrate on tasks and eventually it might even lead to a reduced quality of life.

The studies also show that 16,000 Chinese men, seniors in their eighties, rural residents and wealthy sleep better. Yet the Chinese do not complain, nearly two-thirds affirm to have a good to very good sleep, spending 7.5 hours in dreamland on average.
