Women Will Always Stay In Love With Expensive Handbags

Although the fashion experts announced already some time ago that expensive handbags would slowly disappear, women do continue to buy extremely dear Hermes or Louis Vuitton handbags. A recent British study shows us that sales of the popular accessory has risen with 60% over the last year.

The British fashion house Selfridges told us they sold 60% more expensive handbags last year. They have a waiting list for several models and the average price goes around 1100 US dollars. Other popular brands are Marc Jacobs and Balenciaga, with easily a price-tag of 1300 US dollars.

The report also stated that one third of women are obsesses by handbags.
