How Lose Pregnancy Pounds?

How Lose Pregnancy Pounds?

A tummy after pregnancy makes many women depressed. They want as quickly as possible their sleek lines back and turn often to several crash diets. Result: an irritable, overtired young mother. We put forward some tips to lose those pregnancy pounds in a healthy way.

Sport

Doing sports after a pregnancy is absolutely recommended. See to it however not to exaggerate, especially when you almost never trained before pregnancy. Do not be too impatient and realize that it may take up to 6 months before your pelvis gets stabilized again. Best is to do easy exercises that you often repeat. Make sure you don't head immediately for the treadmill or other fitness equipment at home but keep looking for functional training. These exercises are based on acts that you do every day.

Take it easy with the diet

During your diet don't choose for the crash version. Such a diet only makes you tired and it is also very damaging to the quality of your breast. So take a look in advance how many calories you daily burn. Do you have mostly a sedentary job? Then your calorie consumption must lie around 1800 calories daily. In order not to get the yo-yo effect, you best don't go too much below this number. Also avoid carbonated beverages, chew your food well and don't eat too much fibers, which may make you feel bloated. Try to respect always your minimum amount of sleep, because the more tired you are, the more you will feel an urge to have a snack.

Massage without essential oils

Choose a massage to get your muscles back into shape, and certainly do not use essential oils. These are an absolute disaster while you are breastfeeding.
