Diaz-Trainer Reveals: How to Get Sexy Legs Like Cameron

Cameron Diaz (37) proves on the set of her new movie "The Bad Teacher" that she has Hollywood's most beautiful pair of legs.

We had the proof as she recently came to the set, wearing super tight hot-pants. Slim and still the same as even before Cameron succeeded in 1994 with the film "The Mask" and her big breakthrough as an actress.

But no reason to envy! Because with the right work-out you can soon go through the summer with such slim legs .

Cameron's personal trainer Teddy Bass revealed in UsMagazine.com the most important exercises. It is about a blend of Pilates and strength training.

The right mix

"That seems to be the best combination for women over 30," he explains. "Women need weight -- it's great for building the butt. And elongation and smallness is tapped by doing Pilates."

Take your time

Cameron and Teddy go to the gym "as often as possible," depending on Diaz's work schedule. "You can do a great Pilates session in 45 minutes. If you have an hour-and-a-half, we'll do half weights and half Pilates and flexibility work."

The exercises with weights

Diaz's gams are worked out by a series of compound exercises, such as a step-up with a reverse lunge, a squat with a curtsy, a side-reaching lunge with a side step, in which you slowly step your feet together. The combination of moves really works the upper thighs, Bass explains. "You can do fewer reps with heavier weights," adds the trainer, who recommends at least 10 to 20-pound weights for lower-body work.

They also do mat Pilates and use the reformer machine. "I keep the workout as high-paced as possible because of time restraints. Generally, it has a cardio element."
Diaz brings her legs with different exercises in top shape: step-ups with one step backward, with little squats, side lunge and then use the other leg with a side-step slow. This movement combinations streamline thighs - with weights on the shoulders the exercises are even more efficient. "The heavier the weights, the less passes you have to do," says the celebrity trainer, he recommends at least five to ten pound weights.

Pilates Exercises

Bass trained Diaz with the mat Pilates. Sometimes they also work on the fitness Bank. He explains: "I'm moving through the exercises because of the short time at high speed. In most cases, the endurance is trimmed. "

Flexibility and regularity are important

To bring the legs in shape, no gym is needed. One could easily work out at home, says the fitness coach. Because: "If I come to the set of Cameron, I have to do without training devices. All they need are five-pound dumbbells and some space."

The coach advises readers: "As long as you are three to four times a week to cardiovascular exercises, muscle training for the legs and take Pilates and yoga, your appearance will change dramatically."
