Women see their time on the toilet as a time to unwind, but that is unfortunately also accompanied by the necessary stress and embarrassment. According to a Dutch survey of 910 Dutch women:
Women often feel ashamed when they go to the toilet. Main reasons for shame are the accidental noise, the fear to clog the toilet, being unable to lock the door properly, or get a piece of toilet paper stuck in your clothes.
Yet many women use the toilet at the time also to unwind or relax with a book or to send text messages to someone.
